1. A sulfate scavenger in chromium electroplating baths
2. An oxidizing agent, making it useful as a burn rate modifier in pyrotechnic compositions. It is especially useful in delay compositions such as delay fuses
3. A corrosion inhibitive pigment when zinc-alloy electroplating surfaces
4. Used to color paints. The pigment known as lemon yellow often contained barium chromate mixed with lead sulfate

1. As a metal or when alloyed with aluminium, is used to remove unwanted gases (gettering) from vacuum tubes, such as TV picture tubes

Application: The product has excellent performance of stability and lubrication. Its stability is stronger than hard calcium, it also has excellent coordination effect when used together with cadmium soap, Zn soap and epoxy compounds.
